Crunch with Seeds

Yields 2 cups ½ cup pumpkin seeds ½ cup sesame seeds ½ cup sunflower seeds ½ cup linseeds 2 tablespoons coconut oil 2 tablespoons honey Roast all seeds in a dry frying pan.
