About 2 quarts
½ cup sugar
3 tablespoons honey
2½ cups water
Juice of 5 – 6 lemons, about 1 cup
4 cups Carbonated water
Gently heat sugar, honey and water in a pot while stirring, until the sugar has dissolved.
Fill up a large pitcher with the syrup, lemon juice, carbonated water, lemon slices and the mint leaves.
Serve with ice cubes as needed
