1-2 lime
½ dl olivolja
½ röd chili
1 tsk honung
2 msk färsk koriander
salt
vitpeppar
Riv skalet av en lime. Pressa saft ur limen och använd 2 msk limejuice. Finhacka koriandern och chilin.
Blanda alla ingredienser och smaka av med salt och peppar.
