Chicken with Mustard Cream

Serves 4

1 ⅓ pounds boneless and skinless chicken breasts

oil

salt

white pepper

1 ¼ cups whipping cream

2½ tablespoons mustard

1 tablespoon honey

1 large garlic clove, finely chopped

½ onion, finely chopped

½ teaspoon salt

3 ounces Parmesan cheese/about 1 cup shredded

Salt and pepper the chicken breasts and brown in the oil. Place the chicken breasts in an ovenproof baking dish.

Mix cream, mustard, honey, garlic, onion, and salt.

Pour the sauce over the chicken and sprinkle the shredded cheese over.

Bake at 437 degrees for 20 – 25 minutes.

This recipe is great and the chicken super tasty! It goes well together with Roasted Sweet Potatoes,  Green salad with Apple Vinaigrette.
