4 dl äppeljuice
1 kanelstång
½ tsk kardemummakärnor
1 liten bit färsk ingefära
honung

Stöt kardemummakärnorna. Skala och riv lite ingefära, mängd efter smak.
Lägg kryddorna i juicerna och värm glöggen försiktigt i en kastrull.
Smaka av med honung.
