
10 large green chili fruits, de-seeded
½ cup EVOO
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground cardamom
1 cup chopped cilantro
lemonjuice
honey

Mix the spices with the chili and oil. Add lemon juice, honey, salt and pepper to taste. Store in fridge.
