Mustard Creme

1 cup smetana, crème fraîche, thick yoghurt or sour cream

2 tablespoons wholegrain mustard

1 tablespoon honey

1/3 teaspoon salt

1 pinch black pepper

Whisk together all ingredients until smooth.

A mild sauce that goes well with fish or roasted vegetables. Try it as a dip!
