Refreshing Cocktail

3 tablespoons Gin 2 tablespoons lemonjuice 2 teaspoons honey 2 teaspoons water Measure all ingredients in a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously until mixture is cold. Strain into coupe glass. Decorate with curly lemon zest. Serve or drink it yourself and make another one if you have company.
